Tri Star Metals is your source for hight quality, domestically produced high nickel alloy CHQ wire, forming wire & custom bar stock. We also offer DFARS compliant specialty material produced by our parent company Hagener-Feinstahl in Germany. Our material is certified to meet several ASTM, AMS, MIL & SAE specifications.

Wire: HRAP Rod, Forming & CHQ

We offer cold drawn and annealed coil to coil diameters from .030” up to 1” meeting & even exceeding standard diameter tolerances, special diameters & tolerance are available upon request.
We can offer sizes from .0007-.029” out of our Hagener Feinstahl mill in Germany
Wire can be supplied in various annealed conditions as well as full hard & sprint-temper. We offer matte, cold drawn, soap drawn, grease drawn, brigtht & EPQ finishes.
We produce environmentally safe non-metallic coated CHQ wire featuring our Tri Coat Soap & Tri Coat Wax coatings and we also offer HRAP wire rod.

Tri Star Metals can straighten and cut to any size 15” up to 40’ long.
We will meet or exceed standard tolerances.
We also offer cnterless ground, an dpitch diameter to any temper or finish your request.
Our size capacity is .030-1.0” and supply in boxes to protect finish and straightness.
We also offer domestic or DFAR compliant material upon request.
