    Job Description – Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

    Reports to: Director of Talent Development and Safety

    Job description:

    • Verify shipment paperwork and Input BOL tracking info for invoicing
    • Input outside processor/transfer info in ship log.
    • Print labels for the spool room.
    • Handles majority of scanning, filing of packets and paperwork
    • Answers, screen and forward incoming calls.
    • Serve visitors by greeting, directing and announcing them appropriately.
    • Handle miscellaneous requests.
    • Assist/Back up Shipping and Receiving Associates

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience
    • Associates degree a plus
    • Able to handle large volume work load
    • Proficient in operating Windows base personal computer, Microsoft Office –Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Desk and computer work – 99 of the time and Standing, walking, 1% of the time.

    Looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, key player to add to our growing team! We pride ourselves on our excellent leadership, work environment, and pay/benefits. Starting pay is $18.50/hr. to start.

    PREPARE, ORGANIZE AND MOVE MATERIAL TO STOCK AND/OR FOR SHIPMENT AS DIRECTED.

    • Safely load, unload and move material within or near plant/shop floor and racks.
    • Open/sort containers using cutting tools.
    • Weigh out material and prepare shipment per customer instructions.
    • Lifts objects by hand (50lb max) or using a sit down/stand-up forklift.
    • Assemble crates to contain products for shipments.
    • Maintain up to date location changes of all material.

    Job Description – Maintenance Technician – 2nd shift

    Looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, key player to add to our growing team! We pride ourselves on our excellent leadership, work environment, and pay/benefits.

    Starting pay is $22-$30/hour based on experience. 

    The maintenance technician is responsible for performing highly diversified tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment in a safe and efficient manner to support the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives.

    • Install, maintain and upgrade production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
    • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
    • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
    • Perform basic electrical skills including but not limited to troubleshooting and repair of motors, blown fuses, tripped breakers and faulty wiring.
    • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
    • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
    • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

    Required Education and Experience

    • High school diploma/GED
    • Completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience preferred.
    • 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Strong mechanical, pneumatic, fabrication and industrial skills preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    Standing / walking -100% of the time.

    Job Description – Production Associate/Machine Operator 2nd and 3rd Shifts

    Looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, key player to add to our growing team! We pride ourselves on our Excellent Leadership, Work Environment, Pay and Benefits.

    Starting base pay is $18.50-$22/hr. and can go beyond with shift differential and with years of TSM service!

    Additional Shift Differential: 2nd shift = .50/hour; 3rd shift = $1.00/hour

    Job description:

    • Installs and feeds progressively smaller dies in machine and repeats operations until wire diameter meets work order specifications
    • Inserts wire into machine, feeds mechanism, starts machine and monitors machines operations.
    • Turn setscrews to secure roller die in machine
    • Loads spool of wire on spindle and threads wire through machine and around take-up reel.
    • Starts machine and adjust controls to regulate speed and temperature to required specifications.
    • Record production information in computerized or manual system packets.
    • Performs daily safety and mechanical checks of machine employee is working on to ensure machine is safe and running properly.
    • Maintain safety procedures at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • 1yr Machine Operation experience.
    • Able to work well within a team environment.
    • Able to work overtime when needed.
    • Basic knowledge able to operate a Windows base personal computer, Microsoft Office –Word, Access, NAV, Outlook a plus.
    • Self-directed – able to work efficiently with little direct instruction

    Physical Requirements:

    • Machine operator requires many physical aspects 100% of the time standing / walking/pulling/bending.
